We are looking for an enthusiastic gardener who loves working and supporting people to develop their potential through a growing experience. The Volunteer Co-ordinator will recruit and support a team of volunteers who will develop a range of growing spaces across Elgin and work within our established Therapeutic Garden project.
Utilising an opportunity for on-going training in therapeutic gardening while combating social isolation and mild mental health and wellbeing, the creation of the feelgood garden project has potential to cascade into sustainable growing and nurturing experiences for the wider community of Elgin.
- Location: Based in Elgin
- Hours: 14 hours per week
- Salary: £23,200 pro rata
- Holidays: 34 days per annum pro rata which includes public holidays
- The post will be a 6 month fixed term contract.
